Our Refund Philosophy

We stand behind the quality of our service. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your letter, or the extracted information is incorrect and cannot be corrected, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Our goal is to ensure every user receives the value they paid for. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.

When Refunds Apply

• Technical failures that prevent letter generation or delivery
• Incorrect data extraction that cannot be manually corrected
• Payment processed but service was not accessible
• Request made within 7 days of purchase, before the letter has been downloaded or mailed

When Refunds Do Not Apply

Refunds are not granted once the generated letter has been downloaded or mailed, unless the product was non-functional or materially failed to deliver what was described.

Once you have successfully received your verification letter, the service has been fully delivered. We cannot issue refunds for completed services where the product functioned as intended.

How to Request a Refund

Manual Review Process

If you believe there was an error with your letter or the service did not function as expected, we offer a manual review process. Our team will examine your case and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a corrected letter, account credit, or refund.
